What the Workflows Do
Workflow 01 — Inquiry intake and review. Accepts a structured webhook payload, checks the required fields and prepares a normalized lead record plus an acknowledgement draft.
Workflow 02 — Onboarding pack builder. Turns approved client details into a client summary, a welcome email draft, a seven-point kickoff agenda and five owned onboarding tasks.
Workflow 03 — Follow-up review queue. Surfaces due, non-archived follow-ups and prepares a context-aware message draft for review.
Review-First by Design
The included workflows are inactive on import. They contain no credentials and no automatic email-send, client-approval, contract, invoice or payment action. The output is prepared for a person to review. Before using real information, confirm the recipient, consent, context, dates, scope, access and destination permissions.
Compatibility and Setup
An n8n workspace and basic familiarity with workflow editing are required. The core files use Manual Trigger, Webhook, Edit Fields, Code and Respond to Webhook nodes. The guide includes starting recipes for connecting your own Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable or email account after the local fictional-data test passes.
Third-party software, subscriptions, accounts, credentials and setup services are not included. Provider interfaces, permissions and plan limits can change. Use current provider documentation when a menu or field differs from the guide.
