Everything we sell is an instant digital download — PDF guides, Notion templates (CSV), worksheets and starter code. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to send back. This page explains exactly what happens if a purchase does not work out.
Refund window: 14 days
If the file does not work, is not what the listing described, or you simply cannot get value out of it, email admin@creatifystore.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No return shipping, no restocking fee, no forms.
What we ask first
Tell us what went wrong. Most problems — a broken download link, a CSV that will not import, a file that opens blank — take a few minutes to fix, and we would rather you end up with a working product. If we cannot fix it, you get your money back.
How the refund is paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once approved, we issue it the same day; your bank or card issuer usually posts it within 5–10 business days.
Purchases made on Etsy or Gumroad
If you bought through Etsy or Gumroad, their own policy for digital items applies and refunds are handled on that platform. Message us there and we will help you through it.
