Most of what we sell is an instant digital download — PDF guides, Notion templates (CSV), worksheets and starter code. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to send back. This page explains exactly what happens if a purchase does not work out.
Refund window: 14 days
If the file does not work, is not what the listing described, or you simply cannot get value out of it, email admin@creatifystore.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No return shipping, no restocking fee, no forms.
What we ask first
Tell us what went wrong. Most problems — a broken download link, a CSV that will not import, a file that opens blank — take a few minutes to fix, and we would rather you end up with a working product. If we cannot fix it, you get your money back.
Subscriptions and recurring charges
Two things we sell are not one-time downloads, and they follow different rules.
BlogForge (monthly subscription). Plans are billed monthly in USD through Stripe and renew until you cancel. There is no free trial: the first charge is taken when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time from the receipt link Stripe emails you, or by writing to admin@creatifystore.com — cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period already paid for. If a renewal was charged and you had already asked to cancel, we refund that renewal in full.
Implementation and audit services. These are quoted per project and are not digital downloads. Work that has not started yet is refunded in full. Once work has started, we refund the part that has not been delivered. What counts as delivered is written into the quote before either side commits.
Everything else is a one-time purchase with a one-time charge, so there is nothing to cancel and no renewal to stop. If you see a recurring charge for anything other than a BlogForge plan, it is an error — email admin@creatifystore.com and we will refund it and stop it the same day.
How the refund is paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once approved, we issue it the same day; your bank or card issuer usually posts it within 5–10 business days.
Purchases made on Etsy or Gumroad
If you bought through Etsy or Gumroad, their own policy for digital items applies and refunds are handled on that platform. Message us there and we will help you through it.
