These terms cover purchases made on creatifystore.com and through AI shopping assistants that list our products. CreatifyStore is an independent online store run by its owner in Montréal, Québec, Canada. If you have a question that this page does not answer, write to admin@creatifystore.com and a person will reply.
What we sell
We sell digital products (templates, planners, guides, clipart, software starter kits) and a small number of services (editing passes, content and compliance reviews). Digital products are delivered as downloads right after payment. Services are delivered by email within the timeframe stated on the product page.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars unless the page says otherwise. Taxes, where they apply, are added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. When you buy through an AI assistant, the assistant passes your payment details to Stripe and the order is fulfilled by us exactly as if you had bought on our site.
Licence for digital products
Each purchase gives one person (or one business) a non-exclusive licence to use the files for personal or commercial work. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the files themselves, or include them in a product where the files are the main thing being sold. Specific products may carry a more detailed licence in the download; that licence applies in addition to this one.
Refunds
Our refund terms are on the Refund and Returns Policy page. In short: if a download is broken or clearly not what the page described, tell us within 14 days and we refund or fix it. For services, we refund in full if we have not started the work.
Your account and conduct
You are responsible for keeping your account details safe. Do not use the site to upload malicious files, scrape it, or attempt to bypass payment. We may refuse or cancel orders that look fraudulent.
What we do not promise
Our products are tools and templates. We do not promise any particular income, ranking, or business result from using them. Where a page shows figures, they come from our own use and are described as such.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Québec or Canadian consumer law.
Changes
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. The terms in force when you ordered apply to that order.
Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
